Recruiting Prepare for Hire Position Issue

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
9.2 Recruiting when user Prepare for Hire an Applicant from a parent requisition, the Position is not updating when user changes the Job Opening ID to the child requisition.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect correct Position number to be displayed as part of correct Job Opening ID.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Recruiting > Search Job Openings
2.Enter a Job Opening ID with an Applicant in Offer that has accepted and click Search
3.Click on the Job Opening
4. Click Offer tab
5. Click Other Actions then Recruiting Actions then Prepare for Hire
6. You will be taken to the next screen
7. Change the Job Opening ID to the child requisition ID
8. And the Position is not updating to the Position on the child requisition (it’s staying the same Position that the parent requisition has)
