Generate Individual Development Plan report causes SQL error (Doc ID 2397901.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Employee/Organization Development

When attempting to generate the report of Individual Development Plan, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu >> Workforce Development >> Career Planning >> Reports >> Individual Development Plan
2. select an employee for the report.
3. click on Generate Plan button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot generate the report of Individual Development Plan for an employee
