Symptoms


Unable to Edit Tiles after Tiles were migrated using Migration Workbench  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. add content references to a project and migrated to target
2. Migrate a tile from source to target using DMW
Customers can use Data Migration WorkBench to migrate Tile Wizard tiles.
PTPPB_GROUPLET is the delivered data set definition to migrate Tile Wizard data.
Navigation : Peopletools -> Lifecycle Tools -> Migrate Data -> Data Migration WorkBench

3. In Target open the tile, by default the save button is not enabled.
