ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When in Theme Builder Advanced Setting there is no way to get back through navigation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Users should be able to navigate in this page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Portal Administration>Theme Builder>Theme Builder Advanced Setting
2. Click Edit for any theme
3. There is no back button or Navigator to navigate

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate back when in theme builder advance setting.
