Symptoms

 On : CS 9 or 9.2, Financial Aid Self Service Accept/Decline

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Students are seeing their self service transactions end up in 'Pending' status, even through the processing option is set up to 'Real Time'

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The 'pending' statuses are only expected to occur when the processing option is set to use the batch process

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Financial Aid Self Service Accept/Decline
2. Accept/Decline/Reduce one or more awards
3. Submit
4. Check View Self Service Activity

WHAT IS WORKING
--------------------------
The issue does not occur for all students, or even frequently, only sporadically. It also might be noticed to begin occurring at one point, where it wasn't before
