On : 9.2 version, PUM 24, PT 8.55.15.,Award Events

Getting error message when Creating a new event with bidder and supplier with location as MAIN, then awarding the event to the supplier:"A fatal PeopleCode SQL Error occurred. Please consult your system log for details. "

Peoplecode Error - SQL error in Exec. (2,280) AUC_AWARD.BIDDER.BidderInfo.OnExecute Name:UpdateBidderInfo PCPC:20951 statement 211

Log file statements -

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Public event and invite a supplier with location MAIN and any bidder.
2. Complete the event and go to award events page
3. Assign a PO Business unit and the supplier ID of the same supplier that was initially invited to the event with location MAIN
4. Try to post award to get the error listed below.
