CRM 9.2 - Error In Reported By Field When Worker Name Has A Duplicate Or Similar Value (Doc ID 2399927.1)

PT Version: 8.55.12

Problem statement
----------------------------
When a user navigates to HelpDesk - Case Search - Create a new case and encode manually the employee with duplicate name the following error message is shown:

Error message
----------------------
The value in the field is invalid (17831, 9255)

Reported by name is invalid 17831, 925

 

Steps
--------
1. Create two employees in CRM
2. Employee1 Name : ABC XYZ
3. Employee2 name : ABC XYZ2
4. While creating the Helpdesk case, please search for Reported by Name with ABC  XYZ
5. Provide the required field values then save the case.
6. The above error message is received.
