EAR 9.1+: Payment Worksheet Application Is Not Selecting All Rows, The Find Feature Only Finds The Item In The Scroll 100. (Doc ID 2400042.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When items in item list is more than 500, the scroll for item is showing first 100 the find feature only finds the item in the scroll 100 unless looking for all open items.
For eg. I am looking for item xyz which is on number 275 in the list of 900 items. My scroll is for 100 items it will search in those 100 items rather finding it in 900 items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When user is using find it should find for all open items list rather only in scroll.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply payment by statement id criteria. Make sure the open item in statement is more than 500.
2. The scroll for item list will display 100 items and 1 to 500 is in upper scroll on top which is grayed.
3. Find the item which is our of those 100 items scroll result is not displayed.
4: In GL, for GL entries create and update page user has flexibility of directly navigate to line by putting line number at top.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access particular item amount or customer, item beyond the scroll number.
