Goal
Page W3EB_ENR_ELECT has the Add button to Add dependents during Benefits Enrollment process.
Customer requires that this add button be hidden.
During the HCM 9.2 upgrade, it was decided to use Page Configuration wherever possible. It worked on some page objects but in this particular case it doesn't.
