Goal
While budget checking 1 or more documents [Journal, Requisition, PO, Voucher, Item, Expense report, Travel Auth etc] in batch, if the process gets cancelled manually or abends abnormally then few document still remains locked & can't be modified on their corresponding components even if the process instance is unlocked by using the Commitment Control 'Source Header Unlock' page.
