When attempting to Return to Emergency Contacts page, the following error occurs:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member ActiveRowCount. (180,236) DERIVED_CO.RETURN_TRANSFER.FieldChange PCPC:12694 Statement:155

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Manager Self Service > Job and Personal Information > View Employee Personal Info
  2. select and Employee that has an Emergency contact added to this electronic file
  3. click on the emergency contact name
  4. Return to Emergency contacts
