Waitlist Batch Process Does Not Complete All Enrollment Requests Rows (Doc ID 2402359.1)

On : 9.2 version, Student Records Enrollment

When running the waitlist (SRPCWAIT) process for multiple classes, not all students are being processed to success. Some of the requests are left in pending status on the ENRL_REQ_DETAIL table after a request is processed that results in an error that states Class Table in Use, Not Available for Add Request. (14640,78).

Expect that all enrollment sequence rows will be processed.


  1. The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  2. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Term Processing > Waitlist > Run Waitlist Process
  3. Run the process for multiple classes or for the term
  4. When the process completes, review the enrollment request in Block Enrollment component and there will be a request that errors followed by the rest of the requests left in Pending status.
