Symptoms

 


After running the SAA_RPT_PURG process, the SAA_RPT_RQST process went into error as it is trying to insert the same key fields into the PS_SAA_RPT_ERROR table.

INSERT INTO PS_SAA_RPT_ERROR - Unique Constraint Violation


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Academic Advisement > Student Advisement > Request Advisement Report
  2. Add a new value and run the report for a student.
  3. An error will occur.
