E-PORTAL: Issue With Opening Multiple Workcenter Windows From Interaction Hub (Doc ID 2402667.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, General

When attempting to open multiple work center windows,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Page No Longer Available" error message. "return to your most recent page".


STEPS
-----------------------
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Login to IHUB PIA and navigate to any workceneter page.
 2. Click the newindow link on the page and in the new window navigate to workcenter page again
 3. When clicking links in the first window see the message "Page No longer available , "Return to your most recent page


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use multiple workcenters in new windows.
