Waiver Codes and Trigger Criteria Names with Special Characters (Doc ID 2404232.1)

On Campus Solutions  a waiver is being applied to a new career, and academic program when it is not eligible for this career. The student previously attended an academic program, and academic plan that was eligible for the waiver. The student has been discontinued from this program. The waiver is being incorrectly calculated and posted for the new career, and academic program.

Waivers specific to an academic plan are being calculated for students in current, active careers not eligible for the plan. The student was previously in a career, academic program and academic plan that was eligible for the waiver but is since discontinued.

The waiver should not be calculating and posting for the current career, academic program and academic plan.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Calculation;
2. Select the emplid;
3. Click the Calculate Tuition and Fees button on the new academic career number and program.
