Symptoms
On : 8.56 version, Upgrade
While upgrading PeopleTools from Portal 9.1 PeopleTools 8.52 to Portal 9.1 PeopleTools 8.56.08, the peopletools fails at Step "Completing the PeopleTools Conversion" with error message:
