E-PORTAL: When Using IE Browser On Buyer WorkCenter, The Fluid Back Button Is Missing or Does Not Work. (Doc ID 2405285.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.55 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using IE 11 browser the FLUID "Back Button" does not load unless you refresh the page. The Buyer WorkCenter's Back Button is not there when access from Interaction HUB using IE browser.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Using any supported browser the FLUID "Back Button" should always appear. Access from Interaction HUB or from content system should not make a difference for the Buyer WorkCenter Fluid "Back Button".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Interaction HUB using IE browser
2. Open the Buyer WorkCenter
3. Fluid Back Button is not visible
4. Refresh the page, FLUID Back Button shows up

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate back to the Fluid Homepage.
