Symptoms

On : FSCM 9.2 PUM Image 27 and Tools 8.55 version, Functionality

When users tries to view or delete existing file attachments in the AM, AP, PO, and GL transactions, they are receiving an error.

ERROR

Attachment failed to download. (18036,10014) Server ## rejected the login attempt. (18036,10004)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: (for AM Module)
1. Open Asset Using the Basic Add Component. (Main Menu > Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Basic Add)
2. On the 'General Information' tab, click on the 'Attachment' hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
3. Click the 'Add Attachment' to attach a file, click OK when done to return to the 'General Information' tab
4. Save
5. Exit the page and return to the same Asset ID
6. On the 'General Information' tab, click on the 'Attachment' hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
7. Click on the attached file name hyperlink.
8. A Pop-up with the above error, will appear.
