ISSUE
---------------
Address1/Address2 fields in Location table are Populated with Values from Previous row instead of values from LOCATION_SYNC
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Set Up HCM ~ Foundation Tables ~ Organization ~ Location
2. Modify the Address1/Address2 fields
3. LOCATION_SYNC is triggered with data correctly updated in XML file
4. Login to the Integrated HCM environment and found that values in Location table are populated with values from previous row
