CPF Pal file cpf contribution not correct for changes in paygroup during payroll month
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
==============
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run Nov payroll in 1 paygroup.
2.Change the pyagroup and process the Nov additional payment.
3.Run the Create CPF Reporting Data SGP and Create CPF-PAL Internet SGP.
4.Run the report CPF Mthly Contribution Rpt SGP and CPF Mthly Contribute List SGP, the CPF contribution amount is reporting differently in the CPF PAL file, CPF Mthly Contribution Rpt SGP and CPF Mthly Contribute List SGP.
