ESignature Section Employee and Manager Signature Lines Do Not Appear On Printed Performance Document (Doc ID 2406272.1)

Symptoms


 

The eSignature section doesn't appear on printed document
There is a header for it, but no actual signature lines are included.
 


Expect a printed signature line for each of the Manager and Employee -- as in the below screenshot



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and process ePerformance document.
2. Manager finally approves the document, the eSignature Section is just a line and at bottom is the , including 'Manager Signed By' with a name and date
