Symptoms

PT8.56.00

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On the Process Scheduler Run Control Request page, users are unable to change the report output format from the default to some other format.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be an option to change the output format in Process Scheduler Request

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Process Scheduler Run Control Request page
2. Try to change the output format from the default to some other format.
3. Observe that this is not possible.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot change to the output type they specifically need.  Because different users may have different requirements, it is not possible to accommodate all end users' business requirements with a single default format.

Changes

Upgrading to PT8.56 leads to this behavior.
