E-PC: GenerateComponentPortalURL Function Does Not Retrieve The URI Information From The Node Definition

Symptoms
On : 8.55 version, PeopleCode
GenerateComponentPortalURL and GenerateComponentContentURL not retrieving information from the URI defined in the Node Definition.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Node Definitions, informing Content URI and Portal URI texts
2. Place PeopleCode to send a message with the URL created by GenerateComponentPortalURL and GenerateComponentContentURL for that Node and any valid Component
3. Note that the URLs that are created by those functions do not refer to the URIs specified for the Node
Note: the function is being called on the local node.
