Employee Self Service HSA Max Llimits Not Displaying The Correct Limit Due To Wait Period For New Hires (Doc ID 2408317.1)

Symptoms

The HSA max limits are not displaying correctly in ESS for an employee who is hired in 2017 with a 90 day waiting period where the benefit effective is in 2018.

Employee is hired 10/3/2017 but benefits not effective until 2018. The 2017 HSA and FSA max limits are displaying in ESS instead of the 2018 limits.

The issue occurs only for New Hires with waiting period running into next year.
