PTF -Persistent Variables getting wiped out

When run PTF tests concurrently it wipes out the persistent variable table. Tests aren't using the same variable names.  Persistent Variable execution option is set to "By Execution Option Name"

Happens with individual test scripts and shell scripts. The individual scripts are all marked so the variable action is read/write, however not every shell script that holds these test scripts has the variable
action set to read/write as well. When the shell script variable action is set to none but the test scripts within that shell script are set to read/write on the variable action, then it wipes out the persistent
variable table.

When PTF is being run with two different users, they can run their tests without clearing out the persistent variable table.
