E-PPM: Stale Agent Data Detected message on the Monitored system (Doc ID 2409219.1)

Performance Monitor System Performance page is not capturing data from any environment. Showing Stale Agent Data Detected.

Customer followed the Red Paper and everything setup properly but when viewing monitored systems customer see only Stale Agent Data Detected.

Stale Agent Data Detected message on the Monitored system.

Also find the following message in the server log.

Filename = APPSRV_0524.LOG which shows the following:

PSSAMSRV.4760 [2018-05-24T00:00:08.851] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Registered successfully ID:28
PSAPPSRV.4336 [2018-05-24T00:00:09.270] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Registered successfully ID:12
PSSAMSRV.4760 [2018-05-24T00:00:18.854] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Communication to Monitor Servlet failed. Either the Performance Monitor URL is invalid or the Performance Monitor Webserver is unavailable. Exception: Invalid response code from server: 404 Monitor not activated.
PSSAMSRV.4760 [2018-05-24T00:00:18.854] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Data Transmission failed and hence retrying one more time
PSSAMSRV.4760 [2018-05-24T00:00:18.857] - - - (2) (PerfMon Agent) Data Transmit Retry failed and hence giving up
