REQ_LINE.PRICE_REQ Field Populated Incorrectly For a Requisition Line Having Multiple Schedules

Symptoms
Issue:-REQ_LINE.PRICE_REQ field is populated incorrectly when creating Requisition with Multiple schedules.
Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1. Navigation:- Purchasing->Requisitions->Add/Update Requisition
2. Add a Single line/Enter the Qty as 10 and unit price as 1000 USD such that now merch amt is 10000 USD
3. Go to Schedule.Add a new row. Put 5-5 qtys in each row and 1050 USD as unit price on both rows
4.Return to Main page and Save the Req.Now the merch amt is 10500
Observation:-
Verify the PRICE_REQ field on the REQ_LINE. It is showing as 1000 USD.It should be zero.
