Category Code On Requisition Settings Is Not Carried To A Express Item Entry (Doc ID 2409967.1)

Symptoms

Issue:-Category Code on Requisition Settings is Not carried to a Express Item entry page when there is a default category specified on the eProcurement Business Unit Options Page

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1.Navigate to eProcurement->Administer Procurement->Maintain Business Unit Populate the BU.

Go to eProcurement Business Unit Options Page and populate a default category (CYCLING) and Save the page.

2.Login with Requester.Navigate to ePro->Requisition. Go to Requisition Settings page.Note that the category is defaulted to 'CYCLING' .

Change the category to MISC and click on Ok.

3.Click on Express Item Entry page .Note that 'MISC' is defaulted category.Enter description, Qty, UOM and Price and Add to Cart.

4.Checkout and click on the Description link of the line.

Note that the category was reverted back to 'CYCLING' instead of MISC
