When Attempting to Save a Req with "Zero price Indicator" Flag Checked, It Throws "Decimal division by zero occurred. (180,109) " Error (Doc ID 2409980.1)

When attempting to save a req with "Zero price Indicator" flag checked the following error occurs.

A division by zero occurred. Review the PeopleCode being executed to determine why the error occurred. Make sure that zero values are checked for and that appropriate error handling exists.

Steps To Reproduce the Issue:-
1. Navigate to Add/Update Requisitions. go to the Attributes Tab and check the Amount Only flag
2. Enter the Description, UOM and category
3. Go again to Attributes tab and deselect the amount only flag and select the "Zero Price Indicator" flag
4. Go to Distribution and change the Distribute By from Amount to Quantity and receive the error
