'Schedule Arrival' Date Is Not Calculated Based On 'Intransit Days'

Symptoms

When create Interunit Transfer of Express Issue, the 'Schedule Arrival' is defaulting with current date instead of the calculated date from Customer 'Ship via' defined with 'Intransit Days' = 7 in Transfer Attributes Defaults.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
---------------------
1. Define the Inventory Business Unit (BU) from US010 to US009 and 'Air with Intransit Days' = 7 in Transfer Attributes Defaults
2. Setup Customer, 1000, Ship via is 'AIR'
Distribution Network Code = empty
Domestic Shipments - Ship Via = AIR
Export Shipments - Export Ship Via = AIR
Carrier = DHL on both
3. Create Interunit Transfer of Express Issue from US010 to US009
Inventory>Fulfill Stock Orders>Stock Requests>Express Issue
Unit = US010, Schedule Date = 09/05/2017, Dest Unit = US009
Ship To Customer = 1000 , Location = US009, Use Default Location = Y
Search for item 10032
Press on <Detail Override / Exceptions> link
Notice in Detail Override/Exceptions (EXPRESS_ISSUE5_INV) page:
Ship Via = empty
Schedule Arrival = 09/05/2017 (current date) and it is expected to be 09/12/2017
