E-PORTAL: Action Items Assignment Do Not Work When Activity Guide Instance Created From "Create Instance" in PT 8.55 and PT 8.56 (Doc ID 2410490.1)

Action Items Assignment do not work when Activity Guide Instance created from "Create Instance"

System did not refere template level assignment setup when Activity Guide instance is created from “Create Instance” button on Properties page of Activity Guide template definition..
Administrator has to change manually assignment data for newly created AG instance.

AG assignments should be automatically assigned to users as defined in template level assignment

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation "PeopleTools >> Portal >> Activity Guide >> Manage Template"
2. Setup assignment data for AG Action Items
3. Create Instance using “Create Instance” button on Template Properties. (Delivered App Package Used to create instance - {PTAI_UTILITIES)
4. Create Activity Guide Instance using create instance push button on “Properties” tab
5. Enter Instance Title and Description and Click Create. Note: System creates instance
6. Access Instance action items through Manage Instance dashboard
Navigation: PeopleTools >> Portal >> Activity Guide >> Manage Instance
7. Click on Title of newly created instance and see assignment data for all action items
8. System assigns all action items to “userid” who created the activity guide instance
