EEX9.2:Travel Authorization on Smartphone if there are Line Errors Does Display the Red Flag for Missing Value and Screen is cut off with no Scroll Available

Symptoms

Issue:

When creating a Travel Authorization on a Smartphone, if there is an Error on the Travel Authorization line, the RED FLAG does not appear on the phone to tell the user that something is missing. Also at the bottom of the page, the Details do not show and there is no scroll bar to the right to scroll down.

Replication Steps:

1) Create Travel Authorization using Air Travel line.
2) Leave the preferred merchant field empty to ensure a red flag will appear for incomplete information on the Travel Authorization.
3) Save the Travel Authorization
4) Submit the Travel Authorization.


Actual Result: The page refreshes but there is no indication of an error.  Also at the bottom of the page, the Details do not show and there is no scroll bar to the right to scroll down.
The page cuts off below Details.

Expected Result: When there is missing required data there should be a visible red flag indicating where the error / missing data is on the TA.  Also the Details should be visible and the scroll bar should appear.

Comment: This same issue does not exist on a Laptop or Tablet.
