Performance Approval Search Returns Only 1 Row

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using the Filter on the Performance Documents /Approve Documents page, initially get a list when going to the page. Enter a First Name and click search only 1 rows returns. When hit Clear and then Search also, search results are presented with singular result and Searching for the manager who has multiple documents in the HR queue only produces one result. When executing the SQL behind the page multiple rows have returned. Hit Clear and Search , Presented with the singular result and submitted by sorting also does not work properly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Search results should show correct number of rows exist in the record rather than 1 row

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Main Menu -> Manager Self service -> Performance Management > Approve Documents -> Click on Search to view all results
2. Enter a First Name of the Associate who has multiple entries and click search -> only 1 row returns
3.Hit Clear and Search -> Presented with the singular result
4.Search for the manager who has multiple documents in the HR queue -> Only produces one result
5.Submitted by sorting does not display expected values
