Postal Code Displayed as "UUUUU" for External Applicants on My Account Information

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When External Applicant updates their account information with their address, after saving the zip code displays junk characters.
Zip code displayed should be that entered by the user.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in to Careers, and go to 'My Account Information'
2. Enter address including zip code and Save
3. Note zip code is displayed as 'UUUUU'
