Customer Contracts - System does not Remain On Current Tab Using Next/Previous Billing Plan Arrows

On : 9.2 version, Functionality
With in the Bill Plan page, if the user clicks previous or Next Billing Plan Arrows instead of remaining in the current tab, the user is navigated to the first tab Bill Plan General tab.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customer Contracts > Create and Amend > General Information
2. Click on Define Billing Plan link and then Plan ID link
3. Click on History tab
4. Click on the next arrow
5. Notice that it brings you back to The Billing Plan General tab
