1. Preview Approval button error message:
Error Message: Think-time PeopleCode event (EvalDoModalPopup), but a SQL update has occurred in the commit interval.

Think-time PeopleCode events such as messages requiring a user response cannot be executed if a SQL update, insert, or delete has occurred in
the commit interval. Examples of PeopleCode that invoke update type of SQL includes Process Scheduler, TriggerBusinessEvent, or MarkWorked
A unit of work cannot contain both think-time events and update type SQL.
2. Field does not exist -- EOAW_MON_WRK.HTMLAREA.

A reference to a record.field name was made and the record.field name was not found to exist. Verify that the field exists on the page in which the
PeopleCode program is being executed.
Review the program for errors. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.
Preview Approval button error message:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Click on My Forms tile:
Step 2: Click on Fill out a new Form:
Step 4: Click on Save, to save form data
Step 5: Click on Preview Approval button
The issue has the following business impact:
Users are not able to view approval chain before submit of form. 10000+ users affected as form is assigned to each employee. Users are not able to view approval and may not submit the forms and they will not be able to submit the payroll forms which needed to pay employees correctly.
