Inactive Departments can be Saved when Updating Position Data (Doc ID 2412839.1)

When creating adding a new row for an existing position, if the existing department is inactive the new row can be saved but when trying to select the inactive department using the Look Up it's not available.

There should be warning or error when updating an existing position with an inactive department.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Position Management > Position Data
2. Add a new position or create a new row for existing position
3. Manually enter inactive department, and other position information
4. Note position can be saved with no errors or warnings.
