Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Supervisor unable to complete ePerformance review.The supervisor is receiving warning messages that ratings are missing, however the ratings have been completed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supervisor should not receive warning messages if the ratings have been completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager created performance document -> Approved the Define Criteria section and Nominated Employee as for Review and Rate
2. Employee accepted the Evaluation Request -> Rated only two items and clicked on Complete , Able to complete the transaction without any warning messages/Errors
3.Logged in as Manager and clicked on ‘View’ to review the participant evaluation rating and in the summary section rating is not auto calculated though rating was given for couple of items.
4.Logged in as Manager to perform the Manager Evaluation and given Rating , when clicked on Complete. Following error message is showing and rating auto calculated in the Summary section -> Please Enter a rating for all items in the section.
