Symptoms
When adding a new effective dated row to the attachment configuration for Life Events, the Document Upload step in Fluid Life Event is no longer displayed properly.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Add a new EFFDT to the Attachments;
2. Go the ESS=> Benefits Details Tile => Life Events
