EPY:Only See the Option 'Pay' In Self Service , But Should See 'View Paycheck' as Previously

Only see the option 'Pay' in Self Service , but should see 'View Paycheck'
We have some super users that have security that should allow 'view paycheck', but when we click on self service, all we are seeing is 'Pay'. I don't see in portal where Pay is even an option to view what security is associated with it to remove this?
And why if we have a role that allows access to 'view paycheck' are we not seeing view paycheck?

You should see 'View Paycheck'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payroll for North America > Pay is seen for super users
2. Payroll for North America > View Paycheck is seen for normal users.
The Pay view has the error : 'You are not authorized to view this page'
Due to this issue, users cannot see the the correct view if they are super users
