Symptoms

When attempting to create a change package from latest PUM images of PeopleSoft Applications like CRM, HCM or FSCM,  an error similar to the following occurs.

ERROR
=======
Invalid File Reference(ID-<file name>_<extension> ,Type Code-<file type>):File path CCL data cannot be found in source database.

some examples:

Invalid File Reference(ID-GCHEGLIBS_JAR,Type Code-CLASSES):File path CCL data cannot be found in source database.
Invalid File Reference(ID-EODI_WORD_EXE, Type Code-DESKTOP_INT):File path CCL data cannot be found in source database.
Invalid File Reference(ID-EODI_URL_HANDLER,Type Code-DESKTOP_INT):File path CCL data cannot be found in source database.

STEPS
======
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Define the target DB details in PUM

2. Select the list of bugs to be included in CP

3. Try to create the Change Package
