EPY: Fluid Direct Deposit Not Updating Pre-note Status To "Not Submitted" When Account Number is Edited (Doc ID 2413868.1)

Fluid Direct Deposit is not updating pre-note status to "Not Submitted" when account number is edited.

The transactions should work the same way that is done on the classic page which properly sets the status to "Not Submitted".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enter the direct deposit on the classic page
2. Run the a payroll and verify that the pre note status is changed to "Submitted"
3. Go into the Fluid page and change the direct deposit information
4. Verify that the pre-note status does not change back to "Not Submitted"
