Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Self Service --> Time Reporting --> Report Time --> Timesheet
2. Click on the magnify glass next to the combination code
3. Web Server domains crash and active user sessions are interrupted/terminated
4. The PIA_stdout.log file contains the following error:
