User is receiving the following error when navigating to the Total Rewards page

CUSTOM JAVASCRIPT ERROR REFERENCEERROR: PTRTEFILLCACHE IS NOT DEFINED


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA

2. Open the "Employee Self Service" home page

3. Click on the "Total Rewards" tile

4. Observe the error
