Employee Self Service - Review Transactions Page Gets Timed Out

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Users are timed out of the PeopleSoft application when trying to access the review transaction page.
Note: There are over 1500+ workflow transactions for user having this issue.
Review transaction page should load all rows without timing out.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in, Homepage is displayed
- Select a user having a very large number of workflow transactions (1,000+)
- Click on Navigator, go to Self Service – Review Transactions
- Review Transactions classic page is displayed
- Select Approval Status as ALL and Approval Process as Blank and click on Refresh button
- Page keeps on spinning and times out
Due to this issue, users cannot access the review transaction page.
