GSS Transfer Employee, Compensation Details is not displayed in Approval page

Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Other Issue with eProfile Manager Desktop
When attempting to perform GSS Transfer Employee transaction with Salary change, on Approval page change in compensation details (salary) are not displayed to the approver.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service >> Job & Personal Information >> Transfer Employee
2. Enter a new information including salary change with the employee. Make sure that transaction date is not the current date.
3. On the Review and Submit page, the new salary change is not displayed.
4. When the transaction is submitted, the approver/administrator do not see the compensation changes on the Approval page
