EEX9.2: 'Setid Not Found For Name' Error When User is Trying to View My Wallet History in Fluid UI (Doc ID 2416115.1)

User is getting error when trying to view My Wallet History in Fluid UI. This happens when there is no Emplid is associated with UserId / OperId.

1) OperId, say EXS1, does not have emplid linked to User Profile.
2) EXS1 is authorized to view / edit data of Employee, say KU0042.
3) EXS1 goes to Fluid Home page.
4) Click on Expenses Tile.
5) Click on Expense History.
6) Select Employee = KU0042.
7) Select My Wallet History.
