Job Data Category in Global Search is Not Returning Results (Doc ID 2416287.1)

Global Search is not returning expected Job Data results for some users when performing a Last Name search, although they can access the Job Data component.
HC_HR_JOB_DATA Search Definition has been deployed and crawled. Users should see the same results when they search for a Last Name on the Job Data component as when using Global Search.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From the Employee Self Service Fluid Homepage, click the Global Search Icon and enter a Last Name
2. Note No Results are returned
3. Navigate to Main Menu > Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data, and search on the same Last Name
4. Note 4 results are returned
