Symptoms

When using a screen reader the left panel navigation on Personal Details is not reliable.
Often when one has navigated to the top or bottom of the menu, the menu stops working and focus in now on the active page below it e.g. Addresses. But the menu is still displayed over the active page.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use screen reader, such as JAWS
2. On mobile device, use the screen reader navigation commands to select different pages, i.e. Addresses, Contact Details, etc.
3. Note the menu sometimes stops working and changes focus on the active page below it.
