View Events and Place Bids Search page not showing requested results until we click on Clear Criteria first before doing any search.

When trying to search for a list of events to which the supplier has been specifically invited to bid, or which are open to all bidders, the search result only shows posted events. It won't show any other event with status different to posted until Clear Criteria is clicked before doing search.

There is an issue with the search page. Why would you Clear all the criteria even before the first Search. There is no way Supplier users will guess that they have to 'Clear all the criteria' first of all.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Navigate to Supplier Portal.
2) Go to View Events and Place bids page.
3) On the Event Status page select any status other than Posted and search.
4) No results displayed.
